We are looking for a mature, enthusiastic person to join our small but experienced technical consultancy and implementation team. Our dynamic consultancy team work across multiple projects implementing Service Management platforms and IT Support tools.
As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will work in our projects team helping them develop and support exciting new platforms and implementations and help our existing customers gain the most out of the solutions we offer. You will be fully supported by the company on a 2-year apprentice programme and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn a huge amount of skills and gain professionally recognised accreditations in Cherwell technology, databases, customer service, service management and Microsoft cloud technologies.
